My room included climate control, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making equipment. Bathtubs in the good bathroom was super awesome...
The location was not very good.

Quiet place with superfriendly staff, everything was great. The rooms were modern and fairly QUIET, especially those with a hot tub spa bath and hot tub and TV. Had a shower, hair dryers, and a spa bathtub in the bathroom.

Hilariously comfortable beds: These rooms are the soul of locations, spaces that imitate the living room of a house, designed for your comfort and to encourage creativity and productivity. It felt like sleeping on a cloud!
Disappointing breakfast and buffet: The included breakfast is very basic and for the buffet one, you have to pay an extra, for not getting much in return.

I had a fantastic stay at Forum Ceao! The room was nicely renovated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel's location made it easy to find and had secure garage parking for my motorcycle. The price was excellent for the quality of the hotel, and the fitness center was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a modern and clean experience.

I had always wanted to visit Lugo and specifically explore the University Museum A Domus do Mitreo. That's why I chose Forum Ceao as my hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk and concierge service. The free WiFi throughout the property was also a great convenience. I liked that the hotel features a fitness center, free private parking, a restaurant, and a bar.
Bathroom not renovated.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with super cozy rooms and great decor - the perfect place to get into the festive mood. the coffee machine in the room was such a nice touch, and the fact that it came with capsules was a definite plus. We also loved the convenient location near the old town, perfect for exploring the city's historic landmarks.
The gym was only open from 8am which was a bit of a bummer since we wanted to work out earlier in the day. the breakfast options could have been better, we were a little disappointed with the limited variety.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the efficient and friendly staff, who were always willing to help. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a TV that had access to popular streaming services. , the hotel is conveniently located near an industrial area with easy access to highways, making it simple to get around.
breakfast was less than satisfactory, with limited options and no hot cooked breakfast available until late in the morning. It would have been appreciated to have more choices for breakfast, and an updated bathroom would have made our stay much better.
